Multi-Filar Coil Winding Machine

The multi filar coil winder machine uses a camera vision system to wind fine filaments around a spinning mandrel and produce multi filar micro coils with up to 4 filars. EBD coil winders allow exacting control of all winding parameters, including programmable wire tension – capable of tight precision down to extremely low values. Wind coils using .001″ diameter wire on a .010″ mandrel using our innovative closed loop filar tension control system. Combinations of menu-selectable variable and tight-pitch wind capability, plus single, multi-filar, variable mandrel length, machine vision and other custom features are available.
